In three year interval this index increases to 22% for inexpensive netbook, and breaks on the reliability between netbook and expensive notebook can reach 39%. The frequency of  technical defect  manifestation is distributed as follows over the three year interval: Asus and Toshiba - > 16%; Sony - > 16,8%; Apple - > 17,4%; Dell - > 18,3%; Lenovo - > 21,5%; Acer and Gateway - > less than 24%; Hewlett-Packard - > 25,6%. Last place in this rating occupies HP - most important producer of computers in the world. On the sums of two-year  operations the defects are manifested approximately in the same quantity of as netbook HP and in notebook asus or Toshiba on the sums of three year operation.
