Recently we reported about the beginning of computers production on the base of processors loongson 2E, which work at frequency from 800 MHz to 1 GHz; however, Chinese developers already prepare for announcement the processor of following generation - Loongson 2F (the same Godson 2F). The processors generation loongson 2E operate at frequency 1 GHz, they contain 47 mln. transistors, consuming in this case in all 5 W. However, the most important characteristic for the Chinese market is the low price of this processor. Then it becomes known that in the third quarter of 2007 will appear the models of processors generations loongson 2F, which will be at least to 20-30% more powerful than Loongson 2E.
