The U.S. wireless carrier AT & T announced the withdrawal of application filed with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), in which they  requested permission to buy the company's T-Mobile USA, a division of the German Deutsche Telecom. We reported about an agreement between AT & T and Deutsche Telecom in March this year.  At the same time was called and the transaction amount - 39 billion dollars. During the eight months since that time, AT & T already faced antitrust lawsuit by U.S. Department of Justice and other obstacles .  Hearing and studying the case with FCC would only add complexity.   Rejection of the transaction will result in AT & T bankrupt.  According to assocaite, the penalty which will receive Deutsche Telekom, is 4 billion, including rental of radio-frequency range of $ 1 billion.  According to others, the amount of compensation is $ 6 billion .
