With time the portrait of AMD hybrid processors fusion became clear. If it was considered that processor with integrated graphic core will get acceptance in the segment of mobile and multimedia computers, then later AMD stated that through hybridization will pass processors intended for different market segments . AMD plans to switch over from multi-chip to one chip layout with the production of fusion processors . AMD chief technologist (Phil hester) in interview reported that processors fusion will get acceptance not only in mobile, but also desktop, and even in the server segments. In this case the original positioning Of fusion in mobile segment will not be limited to budget sector . Analogously will be positioned the fusion desktop versions. Mr. hester also reported about the price formation in fusion processors  . fusion processors will not be more expensive than usual processors with comparable functionality. Further it was explained, that fusion processor has some chipset and graphic core parts  , proposing higher integration level with lower energy consumption. In other words, if fusion processors will be more expensive than traditional processors in comparable class, then increase in price will be justified .
