According to official AMD announcement , this company will release the first native four core processors opteron (Barcelona) already during August. Intel will note be able to release 45- nm four core processor penryn in August  , but will intel leave its competitor without worthy answer ???. According to our associate, As answer intel will produce the new processor model xeon 5300 (code name clovertown), working at 2 GHz frequency and consuming only 50 W!!!!. For comparison, barcelona TDP is equal to 95 W, the low-voltage version (planed for release also during August - at frequency 1,9 GHz) has 68 W. One additional special feature in new xeon processor will become the 1333 MHz FSB frequency instead of 1066 MHz  with the produced now models xeon Of l5320 and L5310 with the same energy consumption.
