In the last year , S3 graphics company  promised to release in 2007 , a video chip with directX 10 support  . At the given moment AMD and NVIDIA already have many  video chip with directX 10 support  , but S3 Graphics in this plan does not demonstrate any progress. The existing graphical solutions S3 models chrome s27 and Chrome s25 support directX 9.0c, even with some reservations in the form of  shader model 2.0+. As reports associate , to the end of the present year S3 graphics will fix the production of video chip chrome 460 and Chrome 430, which will be oriented to the average and initial price segments. Which is characteristic, Chrome 460 will be released on 90 nm technology and directX 10 support  , and Chrome 430 will be released on 65 nm technology and directX 10.1 support . Fujitsu company will start the release of these video chips soon  . The Maximum core frequency  will be 1.0 GHz, the card provide support to PCI express 1.0, HDMI and HDCP. These video chips will be used in computers , multimedia devices and television prefixes.  It is assumed that this will allow VIA in 2008 to increase their market share by 5%. At the given moment the clients of S3 graphics are Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard, Qimonda, Gigabyte technology, AOpen, Albatron technology, Hasee computer, PC partner, Newegg, Digicool and Axper.
