Associates published new information about hybrid crossfire technology . As it was planned, the support of this technology will be ensured by the integrated chipset AMD g780, previously known under the name AMD RS780. It will be equipped with the integrated graphic core radeon HD 2300 with directX 10 and UVD support . Uniting in the mode Of hybrid crossfire the integrated core RS780 and the discrete video card class radeon HD 2400, it is possible to obtain up to 50% speed increase in the test 3DMark'06. Furthermore, the chipset RS780 can disconnect the discrete video card in the idle time. The energy consumption level in this case is reduced to 1,2 W.
