AMD promised to provide Socket AM3 processors in 2009 .If in 2009 AMD will be able to master the 32 nm process, then these processors will be advantageous for the new technological standards. If the validity of DDR-3 support will be realized slightly earlier , then Socket AM3 processors will be released with the 45 nm technology. Today, AMD once again noted that DDR-3 support will be implement with 45 nm technology, but not earlier than the first half of  2009. These processors will support DDR3-1333 while retaining compatibility with the officially approved types of DDR-2 memory . Processor power system in socket AM3  will be very similar to the power system used in Socket AM2, so compatibility problems should not arise. In 2009, AMD company also plans to introduce  processors generation Fusion with the integrated graphical core. They will be also released on 45 nm technology. Related Products :
