Analysts predict  fast crash or passage of AMD under another company (except IBM and NVIDIA, in the list we have Texas Instruments, Samsung, STMicroelectronics, Hynix and Toshiba), but here the management of this processors and graphical producer continues to believe in the possibility of   building new factory in New York state , USA. Let us recall that AMD has the right to make a decision about the building of factory for processors production in the American state  New York until July 2009. The sum required for building is evaluated at $3,2 billion. With reference to the official AMD representatives , on 25 February this company will begin to check out the measures, connected with the preparation for factory building . Local authorities will obtain from AMD the plans , the results of ecological examination and preliminary requirements for the infrastructure. City authorities will examine these documents several months.  AMD Representatives explained, that the company studies the preliminary alternative design of factory, and they are prepared if necessary to examine the final version. AMD also conducts negotiations with industrial development  agency  which will play the leading role in the project preparation . AMD company has the desire to make a decision about the building of  Fab 4X factory as soon as possible, but only if this has sense , AMD can forego the idea of factory building , but now it is time to begin all necessary agreements in the case of making a positive decision.
