AMD company prepare documents, necessary for building agreement of fab 4X factory  in New York state . It is necessary to say that similar activity AMD is not connected with the strategy ( lightening active memberships ). The building of new factory is not entirely appropriate under the conditions, when company tries to transfer the part of processors production to contractors like IBM. From other side, IBM production capacities are located in  New York state, and AMD will simply imitate over the technological operating times of their main donor. AMD company  intends to enlarge its production capacities in New York. First all, the number of personnel in fab 4X factory can be increased from 1200 to 1450 men. In the second place, over the long term AMD can build the technological park, at which will work  4500 men. Now the number of AMD colleagues reaches 16 000 men. In case of AMD plans approval by local authorities the company will start to prepare area for building ( in summer present year ), and up to January AMD expects to obtain all necessary resolutions, and it will be already able to start building the first factory.
