NVIDIA Company already moved to CUDA architecture , which allow to accelerate the specialized calculations using graphic chips. Last summer were released tesla hardware solutions , intended to replace supers-computer .
With the reference to the main NVIDIA scientific ideologists , up to 2012 the company expects to see its graphic processors in three from five supers-computer . The propagation of CUDA ideology will make allow to obtain speed increase hundreds times in comparison with present achievements .

All this sounds interesting, but without the corresponding support from software developers side it will be impossible to reach the stated goals. In the consumer sector NVIDIA also plan to inject physX in standard graphic chips - the physical engine physX will be translated in several languages, intelligible to video cards with CUDA support (GeForce 8xxx and GeForce 9xxx).
