As is known, intel company already showed the nehalem processor ( bloomfield ), which works at 3,2 GHz frequency  , this four core processor has a 1366 pin socket with 731 mln transistors. Each core has access to its own L2 cache ( 256 KB ) in addition to 8 MB L2 cache (shared). The Built-in memory controller support three-channel memory DDR 3-1333. FSB System bus was replaced by quickPath interconnect connection. With the appearance Of nehalem processor user will obtain a significant operating speed increase due to the new system bus and memory controller . The appearance of high-frequency memory (for example, DDR 3-2000), promises a large gains in the speed plan , but not with the current intel architecture  . The capacity of memory (PSP) DDR 2-800 is limited to 1066- MHz system bus at the level of 8,5 GB/s, with 1333 MHz FSB the value higher is 10,66 GB/, and with 1600- MHz system bus (400 MHz QDR) it reaches the today's limit equal to 12,8 GB/s. Nehalem processor will fix this situation with its build in 64- bit memory controller . Memory bandwidth effectiveness will be improved from 50-60% to 90%. Thus, with standard memory DDR 3-1333 bandwidth must grow up to 18,5-20,1 GB/s. Intel prepared two different versions of the desktop versions nehalem: Bloomfield, which will become as the new representative of extreme series processors , equipped with three-channel controller DDR 3 memories and Lynnfield, which will be released in the first quarter of 2009, such processor has an ordinary dual channel memory controller DDR 3-1333.
