Before Christmas holidays AMD sometimes reduce the prices of its processors. In particular, AMD decided to reduce the prices by 17% to three processor models : Phenom X4 9850 (2.5 GHz) Black edition, Phenom X4 9550 (2.2 GHz) and Phenom X3 8450 (2.1 GHz). The processor phenom X4 9850 Black edition is the young four core processor with the free multiplier. In contrast to its elder version, this processor is compatible with the majority of motherboard TDP level (not more than 125 W for this model). The processor phenom X4 9550 (2.2 GHz) is the young four core model. In American retail its price was been already reduced to $154, But in the official price list this processor occupies the position $175. Finally, the young three core processor will be now proposed for $100. according to AMD concept , this must improve the relationship of price and productivity for this processors. | ||
