AMD company prepared its new product, which will possibly become the main competitor for the processor intel atom  . The new AMD sempron BGA will appear on October 25, in the composition of the single-board computer IB885 , standard size 3,5 inches , produced by the Taiwan company iBase. AMD sempron BGA  will have the clock frequency  1,0-1,5 GHz and a BGA- packing with sizes of 27x27 mm. this solution will be also equipped with a built-in memory controller  , 128 KB cache in the first level and 256- KB cache in the second level. This processor will support DDR2 memory and hyperTransport-800. Here is the computer iBase IB885 with sempron BGA processor  , north bridge M690E and south bridge SB600.
