MetaRAM company is focused on the improvement of memory. In this field it succeeded to achieve a specific successes. On IDF , this company presented its development : DDR3 metaSDRAM. As it was asserted, this technology will allow to double the capacity of DDR3 memory in future servers intel and work stations , in this case conserving  the  high clock frequency. Note that metaSDRAM specialists created a solution, which does not require a system modification. With its aid it is possible to reduce the break between the growing computational processor power  , which, according to the evaluation of our associate, is doubled each 1.5 year, and the DRAM capacity  , which is doubled only every three years. Currently the increase in memory capacity was only possible by one method - an increase in the modules density . MetaSDRAM chipset , which is included between the memory controller and the DRAM,  solves the memory capacity problem  , allowing to install in one DIMM module four times more DRAM components. In this case no addional hardware or program are necessary. MetaRAM DDR3 chipset is accessible in many versions, which support 4, 8 and 16 GB memory. All three versions allow to create R-dimm modules, which correspond to JEDEC requirements . First two are designed for bus frequency up to 1333 MHz, the last one is limited to up to 1066 MHz.
