If we believe the report of John Law , analyst of jefferies & Co company ; AMD expects to sell fabs 36 and 38 in Dresden.
According to Law, Near Eastern investor group can acquire high portion in the new company and pay its acquisition by cash resources. Let us recall, in the past year mubadala company , located in the united Arab emirates, already acquired 8,1% of AMD actions , after putting in the company approximately 622 million dollars. AMD already made the intention in the course of time to reduce its own microcircuits production in order to concentrate resources on the development of new products. | ||
