Asus President already promised that the operating system Windows 7 will be installed on notebooks eee PC.  Associates was able to test the operating system Windows 7, installed on notebook asus eee PC 1000H. Note windows 7 occupies not more than 500 MB in the idle state without opened application. The tested notebook under Windows 7 could not smoothly reproduce video with 720p resolution, and also work in the regime of video conference (Skype), but these problems can be corrected with next Windows 7 versions. Windows 7 users will simply control Internet connections. About 70% of asus notebook are now equipped with Windows XP, and this portion can increase with the release of Windows 7, if the functional advantages and price policy are balanced.
