Overclock amateurs prefer to cool the memory modules with the installation of additional fan, but sometimes for these purposes they use special water-blocks.
As reports associate, corsair memory company currently tests the cooling system , which combines the Peltier module and water-block.  The water block cool the hot side of Peltier's and memory module makes a direct contact with the cold side.  Let us recall that Peltier's module require insulation .
