Qimonda company began the commercial production of memory chips , released with the technology buried wordline. On the same technology in the past month begun the mass production of 65- nm 1- Gbit DDR2 chips . Furthermore, the first memory models are released according to the technical process 46 nm (standards). The density of DDR 3 memory chips is equal to 2 Gbit. It is reported that this is the smallest today 2Gbit DDR3 memory chips , produced on this technology. The technology buried wordline, used by Qimonda for DRAM- memory, combine the high operation speed , small energy consumption and small sizes . For the first time the architecture buried wordline was presented by this company during February in this year as the advanced technology for DRAM- production, which possesses outstanding characteristics and energy-economy values .
