Hynix semiconductor reported about 2 Gbit mobile DRAM microcircuit , which are produced according to the 54 NM standards .  The theoretical maximum speed for this memory is equal to 400 Mbit/s, and the supply voltage is equal to 1,2 v. with 32- bit operations this memory can pass to 1,6 GB data per second. Moreover, newer memory consumes less than energy. It is expected that the new hynix product will soon receive a wide acceptance, since it will be used for constructing MID mobile devices (Mobile Internet device) and UMPC (Ultra mobile PC).
