AMD already reported about its intentions to begin the building Of fab 4X in  New York states, USA, but only recently this company presented its plans clearly. Up To 2012 the factory will start to function, and in 2013 it will leave to the design capacity. The first products from Fab 4X will be released on 32 NM technology. Let us recall that local authorities proposed to AMD a privilege in the form of infra structural investments and tax privileges for the amount of $1,2 billion , AMD  had to express a positive impression by building the factory prior to the middle of 2009 in order to obtain these privileges. After recent conversions, connected with the creation of joint enterprise the foundry company, expenditures for building fab 4X in the amount of $4,6 billion must lie on Arab investors. Associate reported that economic development committee on the New York state approved the isolation of privileges to the foundry company  for building the factory fab 4X .
