The November report from valve brings some interesting revelations. For example, 65% of registered in steam gaming systems are based on NVIDIA production : The large number belongs to the GeForce 8800, GeForce 8600 and GeForce 7600. Only 1,55% of users unite two video cards in SLI regime. The portion of Intel processors in these statistics is almost 64%, moreover in the recent five months AMD portion was decreased almost by one percent. The two largest groups of Intel processors work at the frequencies from 2.3 to 2.69 GHz (20%) and from 3.0 to 3.29 GHz (10,4%). The largest AMD processors group works at frequencies from 2.0 to 2.29 GHz (13,43%). Almost the half of all processors from both producers has two cores (49,27%), but the portion of single core processors is as before great (40,2%). Four core processors are definitely more popular their three core alternative : 10,12% against 0,34%. Almost 69% of users exploit the operating system Windows XP in the 32-bit version. The memory volume in 56,18% of systems is equal or exceeds 2 GB. Each third video card has 512 Mb onboard memory. In the majority of system gamers are installed hard disks with 250 GB volume . About 46% of all video card  support directX 10, but only 21,43% of video card are exploited under the operating system Windows vista. If in the general statistics , the video card radeon HD 48xx occupy only the fifth place with portion 3%, then among the products with directX 10 support,  they are found in third place (6,53%). Video card series GeForce 8800 (27,05%) and GeForce 8600 (16,7%) occupy the first and third places respectively. Now let us pass to the used monitors :  (22,89%) of monitors with the diagonal of screen not more than 16 are 4:3 , the wide-format monitors with 16:9 and 27 inches screen diagonal already grew to 17,9% of the total quantity.
