According to associate, Samsung electronics, which recently reduced the deliveries volumes of memory devices microSD standard, resulted in a price increase immediately by 50%. Besides Samsung ,Toshiba and Hynix companies whom decreased the deliveries volumes  (in the fourth quarter) NAND flash memories  . Samsung , in turn, made the same step,  created a market situation , when the total deliveries volumes proved to be substantially lower than the required, in other words, this situation resulted in a price jump.
