German overclockers reported about an impressive overclock potential of 45 nm processors phenom II X4. They used three engineering models phenom II X4 940 Black edition stepping C2 under liquid nitrogen : all processor worked stably under different load at frequencies more than 5.0 GHz.  Two processors could work at temperatures below minus 190 degrees . The third processor preserved stability only at the temperature minus 160 degree  The maximum frequency was 5926 MHz.
