Intel Financial director Smith's Stacy in interview  expressed his relation to the competitive advantages, which are giving by the world economy situation . Let us note that Intel past restructuring and personnel reduction still before the financial crisis entered in the sharp phase. Consequently, there is no urgent need to repeat these measures now , although recently Intel stated about the plans to close three enterprises, which test and assemble chips. Intel is not assembled to reduce its capital expenditures and development investments  - in this year to the appropriate purposes Intel plan to spend about $5 billion , this will allow to strengthen its market positions relative to competitors. It is necessary to understand, that here we deal predominantly with AMD.
