The cooling system thermaltake xpressar allow to cool central processors with the aid of phase change up to 20 degrees Celsius better than traditional water cooling solutions. The special microcircuit, which tracks temperature and regulates the compressor performance, allow to avoid the formation of condensation. At the same time, Thermaltake promised that the following version xpressar will be incorporated in several 5.25 sections blocks, and it will be occupied by video chip cooling . The new model had to appear before in the present year, on exhibition CES 2009 in Las Vegas. AMD representatives  reported that the company intends to master the production of 32 NM video chips at its Dresden factories not earlier than 2010. Associate with the reference to AMD sources reported that the company examines the possibility to release 40 NM video chip at its Dresden factories . Traditionally the fourth quarter is a hot time for video card producers , since Christmas sells are very large. However, in the past year autumnal season coincided with the sharp phase of economic crises, and users did not hurry with their purchase. AMD and NVIDIA reacted to the situation correctly, after stimulating video card price reductions . TSMC Company, which releases AMD and NVIDIA video chip, reduced the production volumes  , being adjusted slightly with the demand.   As reports associate, Video card prices reduction was up to 10-20% in the recent three weeks of last year it allowed producers to increase the sales volumes  , and to also effectively decrease the warehouse reserves. Now AMD and NVIDIA expect to return to the previous production volumes to the end of February 2009.
