The Taiwan motherboard producer ,  DFI company, developed a new motherboard standard size micro-ATX, which will allow to create a high performance compact computer to users. The new motherboard, which received the designation LP JR X58-T3H6, is based on Intel x58 [chipset . It is expected that this product will be officially presented already during January 2009 . DFI LP JR X58-T3H6 is designed for LGA1366 processors, it has 6 layer design, 6 phase power , overall sizes 245x245 mm. 6 slots for DDR 3-800/1066/1333 memory, which can install up to  24 GB. Furthermore,  there are 2 slots PCIe x16. It is also possible to combine them in the operating mode 2 way SLI or Quad crossFireX. Remaining ports are : 1 x PCIe x4, 1 X PCI, 6 X SATA, 1x IDE. It supports the regimes RAID 0/1/0+1/5,  network Ethernet Marvell 8053. Reuters reports that hynix semiconductor company  , which occupies the second place in the world memory chips producers , plans to decrease its production volumes  . At the end of December the release of memory will be reduced by 20-30%. The reason, which forces Hynix to make the step indicated, is overproduction and drop in demand. In the opinion of analysts, in order to correct this position , Hynix has to significantly reduce the production and careful investments from the side of basic participants. The production of memory is tightly connected with the position in the semiconductor production as a whole, where iSuppli analysts evaluate a decrease in the incomes in 2009 in comparison with the present year by 9,4%. In the opinion of experts, situation will begin to be corrected only at the end of 2009 or at  beginning of 2010. In 2010 increases will compose 6,4%,  while in 2011 the increase will even reach 10,8%. Hard disks producers proved to be in the number of  computer market players, who without delay got the consequences of world economic crisis. For example, Seagate company  decided to arrange to a certain part of colleagues three-week new-year vacations, and to also reduce the guarantee periods its hard disks consumer class. Western digital company yesterday stated about the intentions to reduce 2500 colleagues, which corresponds approximately to 5% of its personnel. Moreover, WD factory in Thailand will be closed, and one of two enterprises in Malaysia can be sold. WD decided to reduce the capital expenditures volume in 2009 from $750 to $500 ml. All these measures are planned to the end of March 2009, will allow WD to save about $150 ml. Company expects a reduction in gain from sales in the current financial block by 16%.
