The need of 55nm for GT200 chip was discussed many times . Recently some new chip GT200  modification was noted in drivers, and we expressed a timid hope for the  future 55 NM version . Currently the quantity of GT200 transistors is 1,4 billion . The core occupies 576 sq. mm., and from one silicic plate with 300 mm diameter  TSMC obtains 94 chips GT200.
