Lian- Li Company released the case tyr x500. This case combines the usual low profile case design of multimedia PC and the high-profile design of traditional case lian Li. Its overall sizes are 230 x 380 x 585 mm. The special features can be attributed to the lateral panels, which give access to two 5,25- inches optical drives and one 3,5- inches drive . Under the detachable front panel are located two 120- millimeter fan.
The installed above multimedia ports include four ports USB 2.0, one port firewire (IEEE1394), one port eSATA and sound ports AC97. The producer realized in it's solution support to ATX and Micro-ATX motherboard , 7 slots PCI, water cooling , and additional support to long power units . The market for super-compact cheap laptop computers is practically occupied by ASUS eee products ,but this do not prevent other producers to present their developments. So MSI prepares the laptop computers wind, which already obtain in the preliminary review estimation in 95% to be the best laptop computer in their class. Producer promised to release Wind at the end of June, but it seems that this periods was delayed. At least, Now this laptop can be purchased in Japan, under the brand : mouse computer luvBook u100.
Wind is based on intel processor atom n270 (1,6 GHz), chipset intel 945GSE express, equipped with 10,2- inches display, 1 GB memory and 80- GB hard drive. In Japan its price is about 540 dollars, which is a little higher than the recommended $499, but it is completely acceptable in comparison with ASUS eee PC 1000. Select Rating
