Today NVIDIA reported on CES 2009 about new video processors series, which will allow to raise the notebook graphic system performance ( average price range ).

The presented GPU series NVIDIA GeForce 100M includes these solutions: GeForce G105M, GeForce G110M GeForce GT 130M.

NVIDIA GeForce 100M Series is oriented for wide solution , typical tasks circle .

It is asserted that the GPU NVIDIA GeForce 100M Series will seriously raise the performance of mobile PC in comparison with previous video processors models for notebook. Thus, GeForce G105M promises to be up to 55% faster than GeForce 9200M GE, GeForce G110M up to 35% (GeForce 9300M GS), and GeForce GT 130M will be up to 17% faster than predecessor : GeForce 9600M GT.

GeForce 100M Series GPU not only will raise the FPS value, but will also give the physX support , stereoscopic 3d, parallel calculations on video processor (CUDA).

GeForce GT 130M will be used in notebook Lenovo ideaPad y650, GeForce G110M in IdeaPad y550 and IdeaPad y450, whose deliveries will begin already during March.

The success of aspire one notebook inspired Acer company to produce devices, equipped with larger display . As is known, the original model has a 8,9 inches screen . Its successor, as we already reported, will have a screen with 10,1 inches size, and it will appear during February. It is worthwhile to note that, that in spite of increased screen size , the resolution will remain as before : 1024 X 600 pixels.

Associate reported the technical characteristics of the new version aspire one. The old model has 3 memory slots but the maxim possible memory was only 1.5 GB , now the new model includes only one slot, but it supports up to 2 GB.

One of two slots for memory cards SDHC, designated in the original model as Storage expansion, will be replaced by universal card reader.

Now there is the possibility to choose between  built-in adapter 3G and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR.

The exterior device view was slightly updated.

New Aspire one will be accessible in the configuration with HDD and SSD, Windows XP or Linux; moreover, linux os will be completed only with SSD. This notebook will be released in three color versions: white, black and red.

Today in Consumer electronics show razer presented to public new collections for games, which, probably, will catch most gamers :  the mouse razer mamba and the head sets carcharias.

The mouse mamba has a high-precision (5600 dpi), here we deal with wireless mouse : 2,4 GHz .

New mouse, as it is expected, will give a large comfort due to the high accuracy, short response time  (1 ms) and high operating time from batteries : This mouse can work from 14 to 72 hours from one battery charge. The overall mouse sizes are  128 X 70 X 42,5 mm, and its price is equal to 130 dollars.

The head sets carcharias with 40- mm dynamic loudspeakers promise a comfort and sound quality .

NEC released a new LCD monitor : 26- inches model LCD2690W 2 BK -Sv and 30- inches LCD3090W- BK -Sv.

Both monitors are equipped with calibration systems for color reproduction spectraView II and are intended for professional application. The fine tuning of reflected colors is ensured by the presence of programmed 12- bit tables  (LUT).

The model LCD2690W 2BK -Sv is built on 1920 x 1200 resolution, having response time 8 ms. The maximum display brightness is equal to 320 cd/sq. m. Larger according to the size monitor LCD3090W- BK -Sv has the resolution 2560 x 1600 , and the reaction time and brightness in this model are equal to 6 ms and 350 cd/sq. m respectively. Both monitors have a wide-format sides relationship  .

The deliveries of those monitor will begin in the present month, for the price 1449 and 2449 dollars respectively.
