AMD company officially declared about the release of graphical solutions for mobile computers ATI mobility radeon HD 4000. According to the company estimation , the new GPU is twice faster than previous generation .
These video processors support the technology Microsoft directX 10.1, ATI avivo HD and high definition video playback : 1080p Full HD. They use the architecture unified video decoder (UVD) second generation. The new GPU ensure a qualitative transfer of video recordings . Furthermore, they are characterized by a high energy effectiveness, which allow to prolong the notebook operation time . The high energy effectiveness is explained by the use of 55 NM standards and by the application of special energy-economy: technologies ATI powerPlay, ATI powerXpress and ATI switchable graphics.

The special features of the most powerful series ATI mobility radeon HD 4800 include the support of ATI crossFireX and a performance at the level of one teraflop.

The Graphic processors ATI mobility radeon HD 4800 is the first mobile GPU, designed for GDDR5 memory . ATI mobility radeon HD 4600 present a balance between the productivity and energy effectiveness.

The models ATI mobility radeon HD 4300 is optimum for thin and light notebook and ATI mobility radeon HD 4500 is characterized by the especially low energy consumption.

The deliveries of first notebooks with ATI mobility radeon HD 4000 GPU from important suppliers, including ASUS and MSI, will start already in the beginning of current block.

Samsung electronics company released a monitor, which supports the exploded views technology .
This is the first 3d- monitor from Samsung. The model 2233RZ is compatible with NVIDIA GeForce 3d Vision. According to the company, such monitor will be available already during April for $349.

Samsung 2233RZ is thin with black color. It supports the regimes 5:4 and 4:3 without scaling.

Working paired with NVIDIA specialized device , which automatically adds approximately in 350 games the support of volumetric images, the monitor 2233RZ enlarges the possibilities gaming PC.

Samsung 2233RZ technical characteristics are:

Resolution : 1680 X 1050 pixels;
Brightness : 300 cd/sq. m;
Dynamic contrast : 20000:1;
Viewing angles : 170°/160°;

On CES exhibition, kingston technology company selected two triple-channel collections . The memory hyperX DDR3 is calculated for the frequency 2 GHz. The external special feature of the new modules hyperX are the radiators T1 with the increased height.

The collection KHX16000D3ULT1K3/6GX with the summary volume 6 GB include three modules with 2 GB ( support XMP ) , working with CL 8-8-8-24-1N and 1,65 v.

The collection KHX16000D3ULT1K3/3GX with the summary volume 3 GB include three modules with 1 GB ( support XMP ); also working with the CL 8-8- 8-24-1N and 1,65 v.

The deliveries of those collections, intended for systems on base Of Intel core i7 and X58, already began. The estimated retail cost are $297 and $469 respectively.

As it was planned, NVIDIA on CES 2009 exhibition announced the Stereo-glasses, which allow to form exploded view in games with the use of special drivers and monitors ( frequency 120 Hz ).
First , NVIDIA declares about the wide support of these glasses and associated stereo-effect from the side of games developers more than 300 games support these glasses even now, and subsequently their list will be only enlarged. Some games differ from others in the optimization level under stereo-effect:

Infrared transmitter guarantees connection with glasses at a distance up to six meters, one battery will be sufficient for 40 hours of work.

The mass of glasses is equal to 50 grams. Besides the need for using approved by NVIDIA monitor with 120 Hz frequency ,   users have to select the correct video card: the normal performance level can be ensured only by GeForce 8800 GT or faster graphic card.

The transfer to the Stereo-glasses will result in game speed reduction by on average up to 30%. The cost of complete set Stereo-glasses, transmitter and disk with drivers will be $200.

Note also that glasses work only with single video card or classical SLI using two video card - the owners of systems with 3- way SLI support have to wait.
