Yesterday We published the first primes cost picture of  AMD company processor intended for server market, after reporting to its partners the exemplary prices of barcelona generation processors . In spite of some expectations, these prices widely overlap with the prices of the existing opteron processors  , And as always we waited for analogous step from intel , This last recently reduced the prices of clovertown processors. In addition Yesterday intel company reported about the announcement of two models 65 nm processors xeon with four core: Xeon x5365 (3.0 GHz) - > 1333 MHz system bus, TDP=120 W, price $1172; Xeon l5335 (2.0 GHz) - > 1333 MHz system bus, TDP=50 W, price $380. Let us note that the related to the first model desktop processor core 2 Extreme QX6850 (3.0 GHz) has larger TDP level , equal to 130 W. The efficiency of the second announced intel processors  is just amazing ,  the TDP level per one core is equal to 12,5 W. This given processors consume up to 50% less energy due to new energy-saving technology.!!!!!   Related Products :
