CoolerMaster company released the water-block CoolerMaster glacier 600 for video card radeon HD 2900 XT . Regular radeon HD 2900 XT cooler always caused problem : high noise and low performance .  Cooler master proposes this alternative, which due to its modest height (13,8 mm) can be used in multi-chip configurations.
Aluminum water-block weighs is 390 deg ; and ensures the complete contact of its base with the video chip and memory microcircuits, and also with load-bearing elements .  Producer asserts that the temperature of the video chip was decreased by almost 13 degree Celsius in the quiescent conditions, and by 13 degree Celsius under load. Associate was able to preserve the temperature of chip constant upon transfer from frequencies 743/1656 MHz to frequencies 870/1910 MHz. In this mode glacier 600 cooled the video chip 9 degree Celsius better than regular air cooler . The deliveries Of cooler master glacier 600 will begin during November this year.
