At the beginning of October AMD company presented new athlon and Sempron models , witch are the athlon lE-16xx and based on 90 nm core F3 stepping , In the following block these processors will be translated on 65 nm core, as result the cache capacity  in the second level will decrease from 1 mb to 512 KB. New models series sempron lE-1xxx begin to appear in store. Here is the processor athlon LE-1600 (2.2 GHz). In the lower box part as before we have the designation athlon 64, although officially this processor should not contain the 64 number . In the upper right corner it is possible to see the reference about the TDP level , which does not exceed 45 W. Processor has the AM2 socket , it operates at 2.2 GHz frequency , and it is equipped with 1 mb cache in the second level. The cache capacity in the first level is equal to 128 KB. Marking has the form ADH1600IAA5DH witch speak that before us the single core processor with TDP level not more than 45 W,  1 mb cache in the second level, and produced on 90 nm  technology. This Concrete copy was released in the second-half of September. In Japanese retail the box processor athlon LE-1600 cost $52, this is even lower than its official wholesale cost. In sale also Appeared the processors sempron LE-1200 (2.1 GHz) and Sempron LE-1250 (2.2 GHz). Their special feature consists in the 512 KB cache in second level . The processor sempron LE-1200 operates at 2.1 GHz frequency  , it has a TDP level not more than 45 W and cache in the second level is equal to 512 KB, concrete copy is based on G1 stepping core sparta (65 nm). This processor was released in the middle of September in the present year. The processor sempron LE-1250 (2.2 GHz) is based on more up-to-date stepping G2 core sparta.  Concrete copy was released in first half of September. The processor sempron LE-1200 cost in Japan $52 . Sempron LE-1250 cost $58. These prices are approximately $5 more expensive than the wholesale price, which is completely acceptable for the Japanese market. Related Products :
