All NVIDIA partners produce alternative versions GeForce 8800 GT, with advanced cooling system in additions to the proposed three phase power system with solid electrolyte capacitors, higher frequency, and sometimes a second power connector. Leadtek company did not present any alternative version for their fans . In terms of improving the cooling system , the graphics card WinFast PX8800 GT GTB has larger diameter cooler, which was seen in the 256 MB GeForce 8800 GT version .The Updated graphics card GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB from Leadtek received the increased to 680 MHz core frequency . The Leadtek graphics card WinFast PX8800 GT Extreme combines reference design with increased to 680/2000 MHz frequencies. The new video card WinFast PX8800 GT ZL is not only based on its own design , but also equipped with new cooler Zalman ( with 80 mm fan ).  This cooler has two copper heat pipes.  Leadtek note that at 2600 rpm with air temperature 30 degrees Celsius this cooler reduces the core temperature by 20 degrees Celsius compared to the reference cooling system which rotates at 2700 rpm . Memory Temperatures was reduced by 10 degrees Celsius . WinFast PX8800 GT ZL video card Frequencies is equal to 650/1625/1800 MHz, which is higher than the reference 600/1500/1800 MHz.
