Lg electronics company presented two new laptop models r410 and R510 on base of intel ontevina platform . Both models have similar design and are characterized by the screen size (R410 and R510)- 14,1 and 15,4 inches . The main distinctive special features of this new platform consist in the improved performance and energy consumption. Furthermore, this platform is equipped with Wi-Fi- module 802.11n. The resolution of the 14,1 icnhes screen is 1280x800 pixels (WXGA). Those computers include a SATA hard drive with up to 320 GB capacity (5400 rp/min), built-in optical DVD- recorder with SATA- interface. The model r410 will include both : the build in mobile intel GMA 4500MHD and discrete video adapter NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS (DDR2 256 mb.). There are also a : wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Gigabit ethertet, card reader 5- in -1, expressCard/54, 1,3-Mp video camera, HDMI. R510 arrived as replacement to the popular model e500. In contrast to R410, this laptop has a valuable keyboard, with digital module. In the elder configurations r510 include the video card NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS (DDR2 512 mb.). In other respects technical characteristics coincide with R410. Expected price Of r410 is from 1120 to 1320 dollars, depending on configuration. The retail price Of r510 will be from 1190 to 1560 dollars. | ||
