According to associate , NVIDIA company plan to develop a new chipset for AMD platform , which will replace MCP72. The chipset will be called MCP82 and relates to the high performance segment. The released models will support the processors, designed for the installation in socket AM3, AM2+ and AM2. Two models are currently known : MCP82-S1 and MCP82-S2. As it is evident, MCP82 chipset will have the integrated graphic processor, which supports SLI, DirectX 10, Hybrid SLI PureVideo HD technologies.  The important special feature for MCP82 will be the support to ACC technology , which allow to open the frequency potential of AMD phenom processors . According to the sizes , MCP82 microcircuit is identical TO MCP72, which must simplify the development of new motherboards. Related Products : | ||
