On Japanese stores today we noted the recently presented processor Athlon Le-1640 (2.6 GHz). The most interesting, that it is based on 90 nm core F3 stepping , but soon will appear the processor with identical name, which will be based on 65 nm core. The latter will be characterized by the higher frequency (2.7 GHz) and the smaller cache volume in the second level (512 KB). The model sold now has 2.6 GHz frequency and 1 mb cache volume . The symbols ADH1640IAA5DH speaks, that before us the processor  Socket AM2, which has  TDP level not more than 45 W, possessing 1 mb cache in the second level, and based on F3 stepping  . The cost of processor Athlon Le-1640 (2.6 GHz) in Japan is equal to $61. Soon we will see 65 nm single core processor with 2.7 GHz frequency and identical name. Related Products :
