In the current block Intel company will present the 45 nm six-core processors dunnington, which unite on one crystal three core with penryn architecture  . Intel is prepared for the release of the first processors with six core, which will find their use in the server segment. As reports associate with the reference to Intel company Vice Presidents words  , the delivery of six-core processors dunnington will begin during September this year. In particular, the TDP values of dunnington processors  proved to be on average 10 W  higher than the assumed. Here are the  characteristics of four- and six-core processors from this series: Xeon x7460 - > six core,  2.66 GHz frequency, 1066 MHz bus, TDP=130 W, tcache volume in the third level 16 mb., price $2729; Xeon l7455 - > six core, 2.13 GHz frequency, 1066 MHz bus, TDP=65 W, cache volume in the third level 12 mb., price $2729; Xeon e7450 - > six core,  2.4 GHz frequency, 1066 MHz bus, TDP=90 W, cache volume in the third level 12 mb., price $2301; Xeon l7445 - > four core,  2.13 GHz frequency, 1066 MHz bus, TDP=50 W, cache volume in the third level 12 mb., price $1980; Xeon e7440 - > four core,  2.4 GHz frequency,  1066 MHz bus, TDP=90 W, cache volume in the third level 12 mb., price $1980; Xeon e7430 - > four core, 2.13 GHz frequency, 1066 MHz bus, TDP=90 W, tcache volume in the third level 12 mb., price $1391; Xeon e7420 - > four core, 2.13 GHz frequency, 1066 MHz bus, TDP=90 W, cache volume in the third level 8 mb., price $1177. The processors xeon l7455 (2.13 GHz) and Xeon l7445 (2.13 GHz) will be released in the fourth quarter this year. The first will have six core, the second - only four.
